At the helm of our establishment is our General Manager, Mr. John Foley. With decades of experience in the hospitality industry and an unwavering commitment to excellence, John leads our team with a perfect balance of professionalism and genuine care for both guests and staff alike.

John is assisted by Breda Mallon and the team who embody the spirit of Irish hospitality, greeting guests like old friends while offering an exceptional professional guest experience. Our team at front office including Victoria our front office supervisor, Laura and Adriana ensure seamless check-ins, personalised assistance, and a wealth of local knowledge to guide guests through their stay with us.

The culinary journey at Dingle Benners is curated by our Head Chef, Cathal Herlihy, whose culinary excellence showcases the finest of ingredients. With a dedication to using locally sourced, fresh ingredients, Cathal and his team craft amazing dishes that celebrate the unique offering available to us here in Dingle. Viktoria Pernicka our Restaurant Manager ensures the smooth running of our restaurant.

Our food and beverage team including manager Hasan Iman Zahid, Supervisor Liam, Joanna, Linda, Grainne, Niamh, Sara, Marta and Serena are on hand to ensure the friendliest of dining and drinks experience.

Behind the scenes, our housekeeping team, under the guidance of Bridie and Katie work tirelessly to ensure immaculate rooms and pristine spaces, reflecting the utmost care and attention to detail.
