Dingle Food Festival
Dingle Food Festival 2022 takes place from Friday 29th September to Sunday 1st October. One of the highlights of the calendar here on the Dingle Peninsula we are delighted to see this much loved festival return.
Some of the highlights of past festivals include cookery demonstrations, food trail, over 50 market stalls, workshops, street entertainment, children’s events, wine tastings, and so much more.
The most popular part of the festival is ‘The Taste Trail‘. Festival goers purchase a book of taste trail tickets and can then visit over 70 venues around the town offering tastings of the best food and drink the Peninsula has to offer.
Previous years highlights also included cookery demonstrations in Orchard lane, workshops in various venus, craft beer and cider train, farmers forum, street entertainment including live music stages, Maperath Mobile Farm whose aim is to show young and old about the different farm animals on Irish farms and their roles in food production, children entertainment including Kingdom falconry, The Brickx Club, Teddy Bear Picnic and face painting.
