How do we check a date?

Please contact us here and we will be more than happy to check your preferred date.

Do you have a one wedding per day policy?

Yes of course, we only host one wedding per day.

What price are your wedding packages?

Our wedding packages start from €55.00 per person. We have a choice of 3 to choose from and you also have the option of tailor making your own package or adding upgrades to existing packages.

Do you have special offers or offer discounts for mid-week weddings?

Yes, we also offer a discount on midweek weddings booked from Monday – Thursday. Please email us here for further details.

How many guests do you cater for?

We cater for numbers of up to 90 guests and we have a minimum guest requirement of 40 guests for Friday and Saturday wedding receptions from June to September.

Do you cater for smaller weddings?

Yes we do, we are pleased to offer smaller minimum number settings on a selection of mid-week dates. Please chat with a member of our team to discuss our smaller wedding options.  

What do you include for our welcome reception?

With each wedding package we also include welcome drinks for your guests. This includes tea, Coffee and Biscuits and a choice of Fruit Punch or Mulled Wine on our Benner Package, a choice of 2 of the following- Fruit Punch, Chilled Prosecco, Kir Royale or Mulled Wine on our Gallagher Package and a choice of 2 of the following Chilled Prosecco, Kir Royale, Black Velvet, Dingle “Gin and Fizz”, Hot Whiskey and your choice of Red and White Wine , on our Lunham Package.

Our Gallagher and Lunham Packages also include canapes on arrival.

Can the drinks reception be held outside?

Providing the weather allows, yes of course. You and your guests will enjoy drinks in Benners on the lane.

Can you get married in the hotel or outside?

We are licenced to host civil ceremonies here in the hotel and you can also enjoy your humanist ceremony, blessing or partnership with us.

Is there a hire charge for the ceremony, and what does it include?

Yes we have a ceremony set up charge for private use of €500.00. In this you receive private room/garden hire and our PA system.

Is there a church nearby?

Yes, there are a selection of churches nearby. The closest Roman Catholic one is St Marys Church in the centre of Dingle town, less than a 3 minute walk away and St James Church which is Church of Ireland is directly across from the hotel.  

What room décor is included in our package?

We are pleased to include Chavari chairs or chairs with chair covers for your wedding celebration and our table centrepieces are ivory silk floral arrangements.

Can I use my own flowers, table plan or wedding planner?

Yes you are most welcome to provide table flowers and your own table plan as well as hire the services of a professional wedding planner if you so wish. 

Do you provide a table plan?

Yes we do. We request that you submit your table plan at least 7 days before your wedding date. If you would prefer to provide your own you are most welcome to do so.

What style of tables do you have?

We offer round tables that can seat 8-10 guests. We can also provide trestle tables if your numbers are larger and they seat up to 10 guests. Our top table can seat your full wedding party which is usually up to 14 guests.

How do I choose my menu, do you do wedding tastings?

Your menu is discussed with you in advance, and is based on your chosen package. A complimentary tasting for the bride and groom is then organised from this.

What wines are available to add to our package and how much do you recommend per person?

We have an extensive wedding wine list with wines available from €18.00 per bottle. We advise allowing a half bottle per person. If you would like to provide your own wine we charge corkage at €8.00 per bottle.

Can I create my own wedding package?

Yes of course. You can create a bespoke wedding package and we can provide you with a cost per person for this.

Do you assist with recommendation for our music and planning of the day?

We have a great list of suppliers that we can send you and our experienced team are always happy to help with this!

Can I get my beauty treatments and make up applied locally?

Yes, The Peninsula Spa at our sister hotel, the Dingle Skellig Hotel, offer make up applications, tanning, nails and an extensive list of treatments for you and your guests.

Can we block book rooms for our wedding guests?

Yes, we hold a number of rooms at a preferential rate on the night of your wedding, we also provide you with a list of the extensive accommodation available here in Dingle town from guest houses to self-catering.

Do you have a minimum room booking requirement?

No we don’t require you to block book rooms if you don’t require them.

Is the honeymoon suite complimentary on the night of the wedding?

Yes, we include your overnight stay in one of our suites on the night of your wedding.

When do we need to pay a deposit?

We can provisionally hold your wedding date for 2 weeks. To confirm and book your wedding date we request a non-refundable deposit of €1,500.

What time does the Band or DJ need to finish at?

Music is requested to finish by 1.30am.

What time does the bar close?

The bar closes at 2am, and music can continue until 1.30am. Our residents bar is open to residents until 3.30am

Can you take our photographs in the hotel?

Yes you are most welcome to take your photos here. Our Dingle town centre location also lends itself to some excellent photo opportunities.

Do you provide a cake stand and knife?

Yes we do.

Can you host our rehearsal and day after party?

Yes we would be delighted to chat with you about our various options.

Do you allow children to attend?

Yes of course, children are priced at €15.00 per child.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes indeed, just let us know what requirements you have and we will discuss the available options.

Can we bring in extra items to make our day personal to us, sweets, baskets for the bathrooms etc?

You are most welcome to drop these in to us on the lead up to your wedding and we will store them for you. We request that all items are collected the day after your wedding.
